Welcome
Our name comes from a line of classical Chinese poetry — 云深不知处, "deep in the clouds, its whereabouts unknown." It's the feeling we chase: a warm, golden room you stumble upon and never want to leave. We bring together the noodles, dumplings and braises we grew up with, plated for the way we eat today.
